John Nickel, General Manager, brings over 26 years of experience in dining services to ASU Dining Services. He worked at two other Sodexho accounts, Cameron University and Texas Christian University, and prior to that, worked in the restaurant business. John enjoys family events with his wife, Daria, and their three children. He also likes to golf and try his hand at auto mechanics. |

Kim Johnson , Controller , has 21 years of employment in ASU dining services, 6 years as a Sodexho employee. She takes care of bookkeeping and customer information. "I want all our customers to leave the office with a positive experience," Kim states. She enjoys activities with her children, family and friends. Chicken is her favorite food. |

Michelle Cobb, Office Supervisor, has been with Sodexho for 6 years. She completes billing, payroll and assists guests. When asked about her job, Michelle says she most enjoys “learning new things and helping people.” She has a beautiful daughter, Shelby, who “lights up a room with her smile!” |
Catering |
Christi Clarkson, Catering Director, worked at various other colleges before coming to ASU and Sodexho. She brings with her a wealth of experience in presenting catering services to potential customers. She is looking forward to getting to know everyone at the university and throughout the community. In her leisure time, Christi enjoys being on the water and reading, and her fav food is pasta! |

Barbara Broadaway, Coordinator, Special Events, has been with ASU dining services for 30 years, 5 with Sodexho. Barbara arranges all catered events for ASU's president, as well as scheduling all other campus catered events. She is well known for her friendliness and gracious hospitality in the Jonesboro region and is a wonderful cook. |

Sharon Ashford, Supervisor, Catering, has been in dining services for 25 years, the last 5 with Sodexho. She handles all catering details of events in the Convocation Center. Sharon says she really enjoys the "challenge of something different every day!" In her leisure, she enjoys family and friends and likes to eat a really good steak! |

Teresa Honeycutt, Supervisor, Catering, makes sure catering events in the Fowler Center, Student Union and all other campus locations are "just right". She has been in the food service industry for 18 years and with Sodexho for the past 5. Teresa enjoys "meeting nice people," eating Italian food and sharing her home with Prince, a golden Lab! |

David Landkamer, Executive Chef, is new to ASU this Summer. He comes from Hood College in Maryland. With over 10 years experience cooking in Asia and 2 years at Hood College, Chef David says that attention to detail and a new exciting menu are what he plans to bring to ASU. His favorite food is "authentic Asian cuisine." |

Frank Barron, Residential Dining Manager, has been with Sodexho for 4 years and in dining services for 6 years. Frank graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management. His favorite food is fried chicken livers. |

Linda Touchstone, Production Supervisor, has worked with Sodexho for the past 6 years and in ASU dining services for 28 years! Linda likes all kinds of food. The thing she likes best about her job is the people I meet. |

Harry Quarrels, Supervisor, Acansa Dining Hall, has been with Sodexho for 6 years. His attention to detail make him an invaluable member of the team. He always sets a good example for employees by being sharp in his uniform! Harry’s favorite food is fish and he enjoys spending time with his family. |

Rhonda Lockley, Supervisor, Acansa Dining Hall, has been with Sodexho for 3 years. She is from Wynne, Arkansas, where she lives with her son and daughter. Rhonda enjoys riding horses and swimming. She also confesses her favorite food is the potato. |

| Donna Webb, Retail Supervisor, is a 22-year employee of ASU dining services, 6 with Sodexho. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her position and enjoys working with employees and customers. Her favorite food is chicken - prepared any way! She and her husband, Donald, dote on their grandson, Dax. |

Katina Brown, Manager, Jazzman’s Hardwired Café, loves to help people! With Sodexho for almost 3 years, she has lots of great customer service experience. Katina describes herself as a very organized person who likes thing neat and tidy. Her favorite smoothie is peach! |

| June Peaster, Retail Manager for Chick-fil-A, has worked for Sodexho for 3 years and almost a year with Chick-Fil-A. She was an owner/operator of a restaurant for 23 years before coming to Sodexho. She enjoys going to the lake, taking care of her customers, and playing with her adorable granddaughter, Paris. June's favorite food is, of course, chicken! |

| Louise Timms, Supervisor, Campus Store , has a total of 26 years in dining services, 6 with Sodexho. She also holds an Associate Degree in Science. Louise is a "people" person who really enjoys her customers and co-workers. Her favorite food is pizza which she enjoys with her husband and son on really busy days when Derick has school activities! |

Amanda Douglas, Marketing Manager, is a local girl who grew up in NE Arkansas . She is a former student of ASU and looks forward to getting to know the campus again. Mandi is a people person who has never met a stranger. Her favorite food is pasta and she loves reading and visiting with friends.
